Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Manager.io Customer Alerts. By registering, connecting a Manager.io business, or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms.

Service purpose

Manager.io Customer Alerts provides automated transactional customer notifications based on supported Manager.io events and configured notification rules. Features may evolve over time.

Customer responsibilities

• Maintain lawful authority to use the Manager.io business and customer data connected to the service.
• Maintain accurate customer Email addresses, mobile numbers and notification preferences.
• Use the service for legitimate business/customer communications and not unsolicited spam.
• Protect portal passwords, Manager access tokens and other credentials.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, privacy rules and customer-consent requirements.

Trials, subscriptions and credits

The Standard trial is 14 days and includes 100 Emails and, for Nigerian tenants, 3 Nigeria SMS segments. The Standard Annual plan is US$37 per Manager business for 365 days and includes 5,000 Emails plus 100 Nigeria SMS segments for Nigerian tenants.

Purchased Email and Nigeria SMS top-up credits carry forward. Included annual allowances reset according to the applicable subscription term. Top-up availability may require an active paid annual subscription.

Message delivery

The service submits messages to external Email/SMS providers. Delivery to the final recipient can be affected by provider policies, recipient systems, mobile networks, filtering, outages, delivery windows and other factors outside the application's direct control. A provider-accepted message is not always the same as confirmed final delivery.

Service availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, provider outages, Manager.io changes and internet/infrastructure incidents may affect availability.

Payments and renewals

Paid access is activated according to the payment and subscription flow offered at the time of purchase. Renewal terms are measured per connected Manager business unless expressly stated otherwise.

Limitation

Customers remain responsible for their accounting records, customer communications and business decisions. Customer Alerts is an automation aid and does not replace review of Manager.io records or other required business controls.

Third-party products

Manager.io and the external Email/SMS/payment providers used by the service are third-party services with their own terms and availability. Manager.io Customer Alerts is independently operated and should not be interpreted as an official Manager.io product unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material commercial or policy changes should be reflected on this site or otherwise communicated through appropriate channels.
